Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Pretty & Plush Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pretty & Plush Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Pretty & Plush Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [your email address] — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
